Nail Tea with Nani: Visual Identity

Nail Tea with Nani highlights Oakland native and Nail Artist Micah Jones. Follow as we walk through the elements that make up her brand’s identity and how we chose to represent her small blooming nail business. In the end, we developed the cover art for the launch of Circa ‘22, A Guided Monthly Calendar. Circa ’22 is Jones’ daily reminder to prioritize mental health and wellness for all women, especially those of color.

A campaign series was created for Nail Tea with Nani to promote various promotions including the launch of Circa '22, A Guided Monthly Calendar.

By 2025, Micah plans to evolve her current website into a full-service marketplace where visitors can view her services, book appointments, shop, read her blog, and more.

The cover art for Circa '22, A Guided Monthly Calendar, is composed of photography capturing the essence of Micah's flawless nail designs. I was inspired to use a collage approach to weave together each beautiful moment captured by photographer Winnie Fung.
